METALS

STEEL

fasem pays the utmost attention to the “Newtons of mechanical resistance” and to the high quality of the steels used in the construction of its products.

Steel is a very sturdy metal that is well suited to mechanical processing. It is treated with powder coating, with galvanic treatment or with double powder and liquid coating treatment for a durable resistance to use.

For the production of all the structures, fasem can count on the thirty-year experience of its group’s workshop, which specializes in metalworking.

Also, with regard to the various types of chrome plating, Fasem can make use of the thirty-year experience of another sister company that carries out all the processing stages in full compliance with European environmental regulations.

For daily cleaning of steel surfaces, use a soft cloth moistened with water only.

For more stubborn dirt, add a little neutral soap to the water, such as, for example, Marseille soap. Then dry carefully.

Do not use specific abrasive creams or pastes to clean steel, do not use solvents.

Never use abrasive sponges or steel wool.

ALUMINUM

Aluminum is a metal that combines lightness with great strength. The surface is anodized for perfect corrosion resistance.

For daily cleaning of aluminum surfaces, use a soft cloth moistened with water.

For more stubborn dirt, add a little neutral soap to the water, such as, for example, Marseille soap. Then dry carefully.

Do not use specific abrasive creams or pastes to clean steel, do not use solvents.

Never use abrasive sponges or steel wool.

SOFT &
HIDE LEATHER

SOFT & HIDE LEATHER

For the production of all its products, fasem uses only the best quality leathers coming from food processing origin. It ensures that no animals are deliberately killed for its own production.

It is recommended not to expose the products to direct sunlight or sources of intense heat to preserve the uniform color of the soft and hide leather.

For daily cleaning use a soft dry cloth.

For stubborn dirt, use a soft cloth slightly moistened with water only.

Do not use abrasive products, detergents, or solvents.

In case of oily stains, coffee, tea, milk, or various drinks stains, promptly remove the substance from the surface with absorbent paper to limit the penetration of the liquid into the pores of the soft or hide leather. Then with a clean damp cloth and a little neutral soap, proceed to rub the stain from the edges to the center. Then dab with a clean cloth and leave to dry in the open air but do not use direct sunlight or a hairdryer. Do not use iron or steamer.

For extraordinary cleaning, twice a year, use a damp cloth with degreaser. Then dry carefully with a clean cloth.

NABUK

Nabuk is a very delicate soft leather and must be treated with extreme care. The dust that could settle on it is a real enemy.

For daily cleaning, use a soft bristle or plastic brush, and brush gently, without pressing hard and making circular movements.

For the most stubborn dirt, use a special cloth for Nabuk, available in all haberdashery, cloth with fibers containing a little specific detergent.

This allows to clean and eliminate not only dust, but also dirt stains, which are often very light and not demanding.

If the stains are very marked therefore difficult to remove, use a specific spray for Nabuk, available in all haberdashery. Spray it on the stain to be treated, about 10 cm away. Let the product act for a few seconds and begin to remove making circular movements using a dry and clean, soft leather cloth or even fabric cloth.

Do not use cloths moistened with water.

Do not use abrasive products, common detergents, or solvents.

FABRICS

FABRICS

For daily cleaning, do not brush but use the vacuum cleaner regularly, avoiding exerting excessive pressure on the fabric.

For light stains, use a soft damp brush, possibly using mild detergents or white vinegar diluted in plenty of water.

Pour the cleaner onto a clean white cloth or soft brush, never directly onto the surface to be cleaned. Gently rub the stain starting from the edges inwards. Then dry carefully with a clean cloth and leave in the open air.

Do not use abrasive products or solvents.

Do not use high pressure steam generators.

WOOD

WOOD

For daily cleaning it is recommended to remove dust with a soft dry cloth.

It is recommended to avoid the use of products containing alcohol, ammonia, chlorine, and solvents.

Do not use abrasive products or solvents.

It is recommended not to expose the products to direct sunlight or sources of intense heat.

Do not use high pressure steam generators.

MARBLES &
GRANITES

MARBLES

Marble is a crystalline limestone rock, mainly composed of calcium carbonate. It does not absorb liquids but is sensitive to food acids, such as lemon, vinegar, or tomato for example.

Food stains must therefore be removed immediately with warm water and soap.

In any case, it is recommended to dry and remove any liquid deposits to prevent stains.

For daily cleaning, we recommend using a soft cloth, warm water, and neutral soap. Then rinse and dry carefully.

Avoid the use of steel wool, abrasive substances, and powder detergents.

Do not use detergents containing citric acid, alcohol, ammonia, or products in general that contain acid or descaling substances.

GRANITES

More resistant than marbles, as they are mainly made up of quartz, granites do not absorb liquids, do not scratch and are not afraid of acid attack.

For daily cleaning, we recommend using a soft cloth, warm water, and neutral soap. Then rinse and dry carefully.

GLASSES

GLASSES

For daily cleaning, we recommend using a soft cloth moistened with any glass products.

For extraordinary cleaning, twice a year, wash the surface with hot water and degreaser. Then dry carefully with a clean, dry cloth.

Never use abrasive sponges or steel wool.

Never use abrasive products or solvents.
